The service was very good, the location was convenient for sightseeing, and the deluxe studio was nicely decorated with amenities such as a TV, a kitchenette, and a kettle.

The hotel was tidy with competent and responsive staff apart from Juliet the receptionist. The continental breakfast had variety of food. The location was residential, convenient to the outdoor eating area.

This place is well-maintained, luxurious, and has attentive staff, offering tastefully decorated units with a double bed, providing a comfortable stay overall.

Tastefully decorated and well-appointed hotel rooms with 2 single beds. Good location to Orchard Towers. Set in a very quiet residential area next to main shopping area, and all other sights...

Everything was perfectly fine, including responsive staff and handy location to the Botanical Gardens which the kids managed easily as well. The breakfast was reasonably priced for most tastes, really enjoyed it.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Booked a deluxe room equipped with a massage chair and large glass windows. - the room included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, which were a plus for convenience.

Is clean and quiet.

Very poor customer services. No staffs at work after 8.30PM during public holidays. We came back at 8.45PM after shopping, room keys need re-validate, but no staffs available. We were waiting at lobby for more than 45 minutes, before the security guard helped to open after many phone calls. Even at onces we were told can't get into the room till next morning. Very angry and helpless.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our apartment, it was much larger then expected & beautifully decorated. The staff were always helpful, it had all the nice little touches you wouldnt necessarily expect such as washer/dryer, umbrella, walk-in storage cupboard & nicely sized bathrooms, free-shuttle bus into the city & surrounds but a taxi onto Orchard was only about $S5.00...The kids loved the pool & we loved that it was very quite & we were able to relax in our home away from home. It truly was beautiful & we felt very lucky to have found it, we will definitely go back. Awesome Stay

If I had to give anything negative it would be that it would have been nice to have had breakfast over the weekend, we stayed over Chinese New Year so it was also closed the Public Holidays, it would also have been nice to have a few more Tea Bags etc left as there were only two which was not replenished, throughout our stay, maybe a couple more would have been handy for that first morning...It is a little out of the way which we loved but if you were wanting to be right in the thick of things on Orchard Road it is a bit far back.....

The room at Le Grove Serviced Residences was very nicely furnished and well-kept, featuring a kitchenette, a living area, and a kettle. the breakfast was fresh made and gorgeous, with a variety of products. - the staff was professional and responsive, just like you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Clean spacious apartments with full facilities down to a washing machine, ironing board or even an umbrella in the cupboard for you to borrow if need. Had couple of tv's and access to some starhub channels... Great stay....

No breakfast over weekend. But gave chance to use the kitchen!

Great location in a residential area, easy to get taxis or use Grab to travel around 👌. Nearby Winestone is a nice spot to have supper and enjoy drinks.

Apartments were tucked away on a quiet road amidst trees and it was a very pleasant and short walk to the hustle and bustle of Orchard. The Staff were pleasant and helpful . Apartments were clean and well maintained; beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi could be free but was reasonable at 3 SGD a day. We enjoyed our time there very much.

The apartment was comfortable, well stocked n good sized.

When I requested an early check-in, they said no rooms available but when I said I'll pay half day rate, suddenly a room was available. But that room didn't hv a king sized bed that I had requested while booking, so another room with a king-sized bed got available in no time at all. Strange that two rooms were available when there were none upon my request for an early check-in!
